These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Everything Party website at everythingparty.co.uk (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. We will confirm acceptance by email once payment has been received and the order dispatched.
  • Product images are for illustration. Actual colours, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly.
  • All prices are in GBP (£). Delivery charges are added at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.
  • If we cancel an order, we will refund you in full within 14 days.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are correct at the time of listing but may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and American Express.
  • Payment is taken at the point of order. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.
  • All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store card details ourselves.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • We use DPD, Evri, Royal Mail, and UPS for our deliveries. The courier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your items.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 3pm on a working day.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control.
  • Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days so we can investigate.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

  • To cancel, contact us at info@everythingparty.co.uk or by phone on 01323 871657 with your order number.
  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • We will refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Sealed items that have been unsealed (e.g. cosmetics, face paint, wigs, and any product worn against the skin, for hygiene reasons).
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Items that have been used or damaged by you.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • If an item is faulty, incorrect, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
  • For change-of-mind returns, postage is at your cost and the item must be in original, unused condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • We recommend using a tracked service for returns — we cannot refund items that go missing in the post.

7. Product Descriptions and Safety

  • We do everything we can to describe our products accurately. If you have any doubt about a product’s suitability, please contact us before ordering.
  • Fancy dress costumes and accessories are not toys. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age unless stated. Many items contain small parts and pose a choking hazard.
  • Costumes and wigs are not flame retardant unless explicitly stated. Keep away from open flames and heat sources.
  • Novelty items (fake money, joke props, etc.) are intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be misused.
  • Face paints and cosmetics should be patch-tested before use. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Trading Made Easy Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Some products we sell may depict characters, brands, or trademarks owned by third parties. We are resellers of these goods and do not claim any ownership or affiliation beyond the sale of the physical product.

9. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

11. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses — such as lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunity.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Complaints and Disputes

  • If you have a complaint, contact us first by phone on 01323 871657 or by email at info@everythingparty.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days and resolve complaints within 14 days.
  • If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact Citizens Advice or the relevant consumer body.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
